Promotion Period

*The promotion runs from 1 September 2026 until 30 November 2026, unless 150 eligible entries are received before this date.

*Once 150 eligible entries have been received, the promotion will close and no further entries will be accepted.

How to Enter

*Simply complete our online request a free quote form during the promotion period and we'll be in touch to arrange your free, no-obligation in-home consultation.

*Once we have visited you at your home and prepared your quote, you'll automatically be entered into the draw.

*No purchase is necessary to enter.

Who Can Enter

*The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who have a residential property located within the Bay of Plenty or Waikato, and within the Sorrento Shutters service area.

*Each person may enter once, and each entry must relate to one residential property.

*Existing Sorrento Shutters customers and people who have previously received a quotation may also enter, provided they meet the other eligibility requirements.

The Prize

*One winner will receive up to $7,000 worth of Sorrento Shutters products and installation, based on Sorrento Shutters’ standard retail pricing.

*The prize is inclusive of GST and installation.

*The prize will primarily comprise shutters. At Sorrento Shutters’ discretion, a small amount of blinds may also be included as part of the prize.

*The prize must be used for the property for which the winning quotation was prepared. It cannot be transferred to another property or another person, if the Project Exceeds $7,000

*If the winner chooses products, options or additional work that takes the total value above $7,000, they may do so by paying the difference.

*If the final value of the project is less than $7,000, the unused portion of the prize cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred.

Selecting the Winner

*One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the close of the promotion.

*The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their entry.

*The winner will have 7 days to respond. If the winner cannot be contacted within this period, Sorrento Shutters reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

 

Using the Prize

*The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified.

*The prize is subject to Sorrento Shutters’ normal product availability, measuring, quotation and installation requirements.

Publicity

*If selected as the winner, the entrant agrees that Sorrento Shutters may use their name, general location, photographs and details of their winning project for reasonable promotional purposes.

*Sorrento Shutters will discuss any photography or publicity with the winner beforehand.

 

Other Conditions

*Sorrento Shutters reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise does not meet these Terms and Conditions.

*The prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative.

*Sorrento Shutters reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

*By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
